Reach out by phone or WhatsApp and let us know you’d like to connect using Quick Assist. We’ll generate a one-time support code for you.
Enter the support code we provide under “Code from assistant” and submit.
You will be prompted to approve screen sharing and select your preferred level of access.
You can stop sharing or end the session immediately at any time by closing Quick Assist or selecting Leave.
